THOMAS McCUSKER, Owner/Program Developer
With 20 years of livery experience and the managing of a large transportation book, Tom McCusker has the knowledge and experience to handle the needs and challenges of a demanding industry. In 2002, he decided to branch out on his own and create T.I.P.S. Rovner was clearly the supporting force that was key to his success on this front.
SCOTT ROVNER, President
As son of the agency’s founder, Scott grew up in the insurance industry. With 20 years experience in the field, he has proven his business acumen time and again, both as an insurance agent and a company owner. Now overseeing the entire Rovner Insurance Group, he concentrates on stimulating growth in all markets. His primary concern is to keep the reputations of both Rovner Insurance and T.I.P.S. pristine.
KATHY MILLIGAN, Office Manger/CSR
Before joining Rovner 12 years ago, Kathy worked at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange in accounts receivable. Her understanding of all Rovner’s financial aspects enables the agency’s resources to flow smoothly. As office manager, Kathy oversees the day-to-day business of being in the business. With the agency’s reputation and Kathy’s experience, the company is able to secure the best rates on the market.
GLORIA STRICKLAND, CSR/Personal Lines Representative
Gloria handles most of the daily customer service issues at T.I.P.S. and Rovner. She has been with the agency for 10 years. Clients always respond favorably to her exceptional organizational skills and winning attitude.
